Back in 2017, Mike Tim got his GAT 1561 license and made a simple bet: Santa Clara homeowners were tired of HVAC companies that showed up late, quoted one price and charged another, or disappeared after the installation. He'd spent years working for larger outfits where the focus was on volume, not on actually fixing the problem right the first time. So he started ABC Heating & AC with one truck, a toolbox full of diagnostic equipment, and a phone number that he still answers himself most days.

What began as mostly repair calls has grown into a full-service operation. Mike brought on technicians who shared his approach: show up on time, explain what's actually wrong in plain English, and give people options instead of pressure.
